The Job Role
* Operations Manager to oversee 20+ schools
* To manage the client experience, mobilise new business, and retain existing business.
* To ensure food delivery is exceptional in every site.
* To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
The Requirements
* A strong Operations Manager with experience in managing a minimum of 12 contracts.
* Previous background as an Operations Manager within contract catering is essential.
* A self-starter with a passion for people development.
* The successful Operations Manager will have strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
The Location
* Leeds / Bradford / Huddersfield / Halifax / Harrogate / Yorkshire
* A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
