This is an excellent opportunity to provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs, helping them to engage with their learning and reach their full potential. As an SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will play a vital role in creating a supportive learning environment, working alongside teachers and SEN specialists to meet the individual needs of students. SEN TA Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN. Assist in developing and implementing personalised learning plans. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. Support students with social, emotional, and communication needs. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals. Encourage independence and confidence in students. SEN Teaching Assistant Qualification: Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance. A degree in psychology, education, or something similar. Previous experience working with children with SEN as an SEN Teaching Assistant is desirable. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
