Job Description
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage commercial and financial aspects of large-scale refurbishment and new build projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Projects include:
* Social housing refurbishments - improving existing homes to meet modern living standards
* SHDF works - delivering energy-efficient solutions to reduce carbon footprints
* New build developments - creating high-quality, affordable housing for communities
You'll balance time between the office, home, and on-site to keep projects running smoothly.
The Successful Applicant
We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with experience in social housing or refurbishment projects. You'll need:
