As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for the following: Leading the Credit Control process for their specific ledgers by carrying out all necessary Credit Control duties to ensure the timely recovery of debt Collate and review information in relation to the ledger and report to the Credit Control Manager on the key issues along with necessary recommendations Posting and allocating of payments to several different bank accounts Reconciliations of customer accounts as required, and seeing any queries through to satisfactory resolution Work closely with other elements of the finance department to ensure that month end and year end deadlines are hit The successful Credit Controller will have the following experience: Have a background in Credit Control and able to work autonomously Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills Demonstrate strong administration skills As Credit Controller, you will be entitled to the following: £27,000 - £34,000 per annum Full-time, permanent role Attractive benefits package Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
