We have an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing business, Experience Education, based in our brilliantly located Brighton offices. This role will be integral to the development and success of the sales department within Experience Education, offering support to our JCA, Travelbound and Skibound Brands. We’re looking for people who pay close attention to detail but are also keen to provide feedback on systems and processes when they can be improved.
Experience Education offers tours for students of all ages to (mostly) anywhere in the world. We’re passionate about the benefits that Educational Travel provide and the memories it creates for students from all backgrounds. We love seeing the tours we create get off the ground and hearing the amazing stories when the groups return.
This role will be pivotal in supporting the business to continue to grow, whilst offering exciting opportunities for career development within Experience Education.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing a new team of Sales Administrators
* Working with the Head of Sales to create an efficient Sales Administration Process and KPIs to manage success
* Working closely with the Sales Managers, understanding processes and how to increase conversion, quote accuracy and quote turnaround time from an admin perspective
* Generating and loading quotes using our bespoke system
* Producing accurate quotation letters and invoices
* Assisting with the maintenance of our in-house CRM system
* Taking enquiries and answering questions from customers over the phone and via email
* Working with the wider business to provide feedback on the process and embed tech into the admin process
* Being agile to support different sales teams during their peak seasons
* Managing workload to ensure the most pressing roles are completed within agreed timeframes
* Maintaining up-to-date information relating to current campaigns, special offers, operational changes, product updates, competitor products and offers as required
What we are looking for
* Experience of creating and implementing new admin processes
* Experience of creating targets and managing a team
* High level of organisation and ability to handle high workload
* A quick learner of systems and processes, whilst having an eye to improve, rather than settling for status quo
* Previous use of Hubspot CRM
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work throughout the day
* Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
* Providing and demonstrating excellent customer service skills to both clients and colleagues
* Ability to quickly grasp new products and marketing initiatives and holding a lateral thinking approach
* Travel industry experience (desirable)
