Summary of Position: To manage and oversee the technical and mechanical tasks that maintain the apartments, grounds, amenities, and common areas of a 373 unit Build to Rent (BTR) scheme in Leith, Edinburgh. The successful candidate will meet our high standards of appearance, safety, and functionality delivering a seamless experience for our residents. H&S is of utmost importance to us so you will ensure that H&S compliances are met within our SLAs. Key responsibilities include performing inspections, conducting repairs, and overseeing general upkeep of apartments and the building’s interior and exterior. The Facilities Manager will not only oversee the technical and mechanical aspects of the property but also actively contribute to completing repairs and ensuring safety compliance across the site. You will bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.
