The primary role of an Account Executive is to manage clients through our sales cycle to a successful opportunity close and drive sustainable growth by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from/and forging strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Attending business meetings with prospective clients Attending events to represent the company and generate leads Promote the company’s products/services aligning them with the clients’ challenges and objectives Effectively forecast and manage own pipeline Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc Ensure high level of system understanding Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with current and future potential customers Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting Understand customer needs and requirements Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Perform effective online demos to prospects Contacting existing customers on a regular basis to update them on new opportunities and deal with any issues Understand assigned accounts business models, overall goals and objectives and how Chevin can be part of the solution Liaise with other Chevin departments to resolve client issues and ensure consistency of approach Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data Technical Experience & Capabilities Essential Skills & Qualities: Proven sales experience Excellent presentation skills Experience working with CRM system Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Ability to listen and comprehend customer requirements Customer-centric/commercial approach Strong negotiation skills Self-motivator Clear customer focus and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Experience in an enterprise level software development environment Highly Desirable Skills & Qualities Experience with Salesforce CRM Experience with SAAS products, or Fleet Management Software Worker Type Regular Number of Openings Available 1
