Job Description Programme Manager – EJ200 Original Equipment Full Time Bristol Why Rolls-Royce? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager in the Combat Programmes leading the delivery of EJ200 Original Equipment (Modules and Accessory kits) into the EUROJET consortium, operating within the Mature Engines Portfolio as part of the ET&S capability in Bristol. This role is essential to ensure the effective delivery of contracted Combat business and will ensure the delivery of organisational improvements to de-risk the impact of the projected ramp up in EJ200 growth over the next 5 years. You will be accountable for governing delivery performance and associated P&L management, along with managing risk and ensure inventory is optimised within our business to minimise the risk of not meeting our contractual obligations. The role will strike the appropriate balance between engaging with the internal stakeholders within the New Equipment Value Stream, whilst ensuring full engagement is achieved in the external stakeholder structure as a key member of the Eurojet Production Working Group and Critical Parts Forums, along with leading activities required to meet the requirements of PWC Audits. The aspiration of the EJ200 Programme remains on growth and the OE PM Role is instrumental to support ‘win business’ activities, providing accurate fly forward cost data to ensure the highest accuracy of cost model data, key to support future OE opportunities. What you will be doing: Lead the EJ200 OE Programme Management portfolio to meet agreed budgets, ensuring adherence to agreed KPI’s & PI’s and robustly ensure that risks and opportunities are linked to the programme financial plans. Where required develop robust action plans to address variances to schedule and minimise disruption to the engine production schedule. Ensure all key stakeholders are kept briefed on performance metrics and timely escalation is undertaken where help is required, or priority calls need to be made. Take an active role in the Eurojet consortia, ensuring the interests of the company and the consortia are served and where applicable leverage corporate knowledge, including elements of the PM systems / tools & methods skill set, for the greater good of the wider team.
