This role requires someone with marketing know-how, strong analytical skills, and a flair for storytelling—someone who can identify opportunities to turn partnerships into powerful campaigns that excite and inspire.
The role involves overseeing partner communications, attending events, leading brainstorms, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining strong, positive relationships. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of brand, partnerships, and purpose, ensuring our charity partners and stakeholders experience world-class collaboration while helping us redefine fundraising.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Facing Engagement and Relationship Building
* Act as the primary point of contact for charity partners, managing day-to-day communications.
* Attend key events, meetings, and networking opportunities to represent Omaze and foster deeper relationships with charity partners.
* Develop and nurture long-term, strategic relationships that drive brand awareness, engagement, and success.
Campaign Execution & Performance Management
* Own the end-to-end partnership campaign process, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time, and with measurable impact.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, legal, social, delivery) to ensure campaign assets, messaging, and reporting are aligned and optimised.
* Use data and insights to continuously refine strategies, ensuring partnerships are not just maintained but continuously evolving and improving.
Creative and Brand
* Bring a creative mindset to partnership strategy—ensuring campaigns not only perform but tell a compelling story.
* Collaborate on messaging, storytelling, and campaign positioning to create standout moments that connect with audiences.
* Work closely with social and marketing teams to shape content that resonates with new and existing audiences.
Insight-Led Storytelling & Impact Reporting
* Own the reporting process, ensuring partners receive data-driven updates on campaign performance.
* Use data to guide decision-making, enhancing campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
* Stay on top of multiple moving pieces and proactively update stakeholders on campaign status, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing high value partnerships (6+ years) with excellent communication skills and an ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
* A strong understanding of marketing strategy and brand storytelling, with experience creating campaigns that engage and inspire.
* A creative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, social, and content teams.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
* Experience in managing the full lifecycle of a partnership, including the RFP process, onboarding, creative ideation, campaign execution and analysis.
* Confident in public speaking, event attendance, and networking, representing Omaze in high-profile settings.
* Ability to use data to tell stories, optimising partnership strategies with insights and analytics.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring all campaign aspects are managed efficiently and on time.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* London-based, with the ability to attend events, partner meetings, and industry functions.
We actively seek out diversity of thought and experience to drive innovation. We welcome all backgrounds, identities, and perspectives and work hard to ensure that every Omaze employee can bring their authentic self to work at all times.
What’s In It For You:
* Generous stock options scheme
* 30 days annual leave PLUS Bank Holidays
* Annual office closure between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day

* £1,200 learning and development budget each year to use on training courses, conferences and professional memberships

Our hiring process may vary between roles, particularly for technical roles where we may incorporate a technical skills/based interview, but as standard you’ll have:
* Screening call with one of our in-house Talent Leads
* First stage interview with the Hiring Manager
* On-site second stage interview with key stakeholders - this could be other managers, peers or Senior team members.
* Final stage interview with one of our Execs.
On average, our hiring process takes around 2-3 weeks after your initial screening call.
We hire on a rolling basis, so we’ll close the role when we either a) have enough applications to process or b) have hired someone exceptional to fill the position. You’ll hear from us throughout the process, but if you’ve got any questions, please reach out to us at talent@omaze.com.
