Our Marketing team in the UK are currently recruiting for a Brand Manager to join their dynamic and fast-growing marketing team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager to join our Nutrition division! You’ll be managing the UK’s reimbursed portfolio, driving innovation and growth. This full-time role is based in Maidenhead, offering you the chance to make a significant impact in a thriving industry.
You will develop and implement marketing strategies, including brand development, to achieve financial and market goals. Responsibilities include delivering sales and market share targets, managing the A&P budget, overseeing project management and business planning, and leading brand plans. Additionally, you will conduct demand forecasting, gain insights, and use data analytics to inform strategy success and development.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Candidates should have a degree or equivalent experience, with marketing qualifications preferred. Essential skills include leadership, strong analytical abilities, financial acumen, and proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience required includes a proven track record in a relevant environment, brand management or marketing success, and healthcare professional engagement (media, CRM, sales support, advocacy programs). Strong influencing skills and industry experience are also preferred.
