Pay: £83.85 – £90 per day (depending on experience)

The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN and SEMH needs.
* Assist with learning activities, adapting materials to meet individual learning styles.
* Support students with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and emotional needs.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
* Promote inclusivity and positive engagement in the classroom.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support student progress.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in education, care, or support settings).
* Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and SEN-specific approaches.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
* Patient, empathetic, and adaptable personality.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
