Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
3. Utilize Workday and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient data management and recruitment tracking.
4. Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management.
5. Analyze data related to employee performance, turnover rates, and recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
6. Negotiate employment offers and manage employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
7. Oversee program management related to employee development, training initiatives, and performance evaluations.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining company policies.
Essential Skills
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
2. Employee Relations: Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills. Ability to handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
3. Performance Management: Proficiency in designing and managing performance evaluation systems. Experience in coaching and developing employees to meet performance goals.
4. HR Policies and Compliance: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Ability to develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
5. Organizational Development: Experience in managing change and driving organizational growth. Skills in developing and implementing training and development programs.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
7. Benefits Administration: Knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health benefits and RSP matching plans. Ability to manage relationships with external benefits providers.
8. Strategic Planning: Ability to align HR initiatives with the company’s strategic goals. Experience in workforce planning and succession planning.
9. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Capability to address and resolve complex HR issues.
10. Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership skills to manage and develop the HR team. Ability to inspire and motivate employees to achieve their best.
11. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and systems. Ability to leverage technology to streamline HR processes.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
