Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Working Hours: 10.00am - 10.00pm, 4on4off
We are seeking a Warehouse Section Leader overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and quality.
This role involves leading a team, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. The Section Leader plays a key role in optimizing warehouse operations, minimizing waste, and supporting the supply chain to meet customer demands effectively.

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, packing and dispatch of goods.
2. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
3. Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch to meet customer expectation.
4. Work closely with production and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and minimize delays.
5. Address and resolve any warehouse-related issues affecting customer satisfaction.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
7. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on time.
8. Support in the coaching and development of Team Leaders.
9. Support the implementation of new systems and technology to improve warehouse operations.
10. Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and food safety standards.

Qualifications / Experience:
1. Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch leadership role (Essential).
2. Experience within the food production, FMCG, or agricultural sector (Desirable).
3. Understanding of Food Safety standards.
4. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock control processes.
5. Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Understanding of health & safety regulations (HACCP, GMP).
