Affiliate Marketing Manager What is the role This is a great opportunity to take the affiliates programme to the next level. Working across all of our brands & international territories you will be managing a core digital marketing channel working alongside the trading managers to promote in key sales periods & build brand awareness What you will do
* Manage the working relationship with the top revenue driving partners to secure key placements in key sales periods across the six brands
* Plan a strategy for the channel which increases growth in revenue & new customers tailored to the brand & market.
* Think creatively with product direction from the trading manager & how this can drive brand awareness through content partners
* Weekly & quarterly reporting for the affiliates channel to identify opportunities and growth
* Manage the affiliate budget effectively across the year for each brand & market
* Identify and initiate new opportunities within the channel with a test and repeat strategy to determine success
* Work alongside affiliate platforms to drive incremental sales and new customers from publishers
* Set up and manage discount codes
* Manage creative assets for the partners alongside the design & trading team.
What you will bring
* 2+ years digital marketing experience
* 2+ Affiliate marketing experience
* Good Excel skills
* Marketing / business degree or equivalent
* Commercial and creative thinker
* Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks
* Proven ability to work well within a team and to use own initiative
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience of Google Analytics
* Experience within fashion industry (desirable)
* Negotiation skills
