Role Overview:
This position will lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, align strategy with business objectives and oversee critical talent programs from inception to completion. The role requires a blend of strategic planning, change management, talent development and program execution to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals.
On a typical day you will:
1. Partner with leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies that align people process, and culture with business objectives.
2. Design and execute organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, team alignment and cultural transformation, e.g. culture integration, or top team effectiveness.
3. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend organizational competencies and development programs.
4. Facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and training sessions to drive team collaboration and enhance organizational effectiveness.
5. Develop pipeline of diverse, high performing, and engaged employees and for driving leadership awareness, commitment, and accountability for talent and inclusion initiatives.
6. Participation in Otis annual talent and performance cycles, learning programs and culture initiatives; promoting and co-designing learning and development curriculums; driving engagement and enactment of inclusion programs; measuring and reporting on progress of these initiatives; and building awareness and accountability.
7. Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope.
8. Lead and manage a high performing team of professionals. Ensure their engagement and ongoing development.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, organizational development, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in OD, program management or a related role.
3. Proven experience in managing complex projects or programs.
4. Proficiency in project management tools and HR tools.
5. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strategic thinking and ability to align Talent & OD initiatives with business goals.
7. Skilled in skill gap assessments & translation of forecasted business needs to strategic capability enhancement plan.
8. Exceptional organizational and program/project management skills.
9. Strong interpersonal skills to influence and engage diverse stakeholder.
10. Problem-solving ability with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.
11. Proactive mindset with attention to detail and quality execution.
12. Strong Business acumen.
