This is a fully remote role covering the Oxfordshire region (Must live on patch) Basic Salary of £35k - £45K with a £5k Car Allowance Comms Expected Year 1 earnings of £70K Expected Year 2 earnings of £90-100K Looking for ambition, driven and resilient sales / Account Management professionals that have exceptional communication skills & a hunger for development. Our client is a Market leading Vending / Food & Beverages business & provide solutions from coffee machines to complete outsourced cafeterias Due to continued growth and success they are recruiting for high-achieving Account Manager / Client Services Executives. This role will be working with a 75/25 split of Account Management vs New Business, this is a customer facing role and requires strong organisational and time management skills. You will manage 60-80 sme accounts (100-300 user business's) across varying sectors, the role is fast paced and requires high energy Key elements of the role include; Retain and grow existing clients. Maximise accounts & look for new business opportunities within (other branches / referrals). Renewal of contracts (92% retention rate). Provide Operational and Customer excellence.
