Role: Customer Service Centre – Coordinator
Location: Gravesend, Kent
Salary: £24,000 per annum (OTE £28,000).
Hours: Mon – Fri, 45 hours (plus 1 in 5 on call weekends).

Our client is a leading commercial drainage company in the UK, seeking an organised Coordinator to support the help desk and liaise with our engineers as part of our Rapid Response team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Answering telephone calls from our drainage engineers, customers, and colleagues.
2. Loading new job requests onto our internal job management system and client portals.
3. Planning and allocating new job requests, working within SLA timescales and responding to emergency jobs.
4. Providing assistance to drainage engineers when they are on site.
5. Advising clients on the best course of action for issues.
6. Dealing with customer queries.
7. Closing jobs on the system once they've been successfully completed.
The on-call rota is 1 in every 5 weekends after successful training, but a bonus is on offer for this. Hours consist of 10 am – 6 pm Monday - Friday, so candidates must be able to commit to this.
The ideal Coordinator will have had previous experience working in a fast-paced helpdesk environment, a confident telephone manner, and ideally worked with scheduling engineers.
