An accomplished Centralised Maintenance Strategist is required by our client to join their team in Grangemouth. As a key member of the operations team, this individual will develop and implement Work Management processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance, planning, scheduling, contract management and systems, with a proven track record of delivering results in Petrochemicals, Downstream refining or Upstream sectors. They will also have a deep understanding of industry best practice for Work Management, reliability management processes and contractor performance management.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement Work Management processes that meet industry best practice.
* Ensure that WM processes are aligned with contracts, planning processes, and Computerised Maintenance Management System content.
* Drive integration of all work and activity plans including maintenance, integrity, production planning, TAR, SUM and capital projects.
* Own the centralised strategy and requirements for Work Management performance.
* Supports Control of Work process, setting and improving readiness, compliance and minimising waste permit preparatory effort for the operations teams.
* Chair and co-ordinates activity sets through the establishment of planning, look-ahead and Work Management forums.
* Establishes and maintains performance overview of key contracts that are used during execution of maintenance activities.
* Ensures that key contractor and business partner contracts have sufficient definition and understanding of Work Management process and systems.
* Supports tenders/ contract negotiation and setup, improvement programmes, supplier performance management and adoption of latest technology and reporting.
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
