Located: Covering both Bedford and Luton Hospital

What You Will Be Doing
Ricoh is now offering a fantastic opportunity into Print Care through our new On Site Field Service Technician role which will involve maintaining and performing minor fixes on our Ricoh printers across both Bedford and Luton Hospital. Please note, whilst this is an entry-level role, previous experience is desirable:
* Ensure customer equipment in the designated customer base is in good working order through the daily and weekly supply of consumables, e.g. paper, toner, and cards, in order to maximise machine uptime and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ensure all relevant data is fed back to Head Office within set deadlines to keep both the Company and the customers' records accurate.
* Manage and control site stock to minimise stock losses.
You Will Ideally Have
Full training will be provided for this role; however, we are looking for:
* Good working knowledge of electrical/mechanical engineering.
* Full UK driving license (essential).
* Ricoh product knowledge is desirable but not essential.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Good customer handling skills.
* Proficient in maintaining control equipment on site, e.g. card readers.
* Knowledge of relevant Company processes and procedures.
