Company Overview:
Our client is a leading distributor and supplier of engineered products, systems and solutions across Ireland primarily for the OEM market.
They are seeking to make two appointments in their Ireland region
Sales Support Specialist Role Summary:
The role is based in Dungannon and will be responsible for internal sales in Northern Ireland.
This is an important hire for the company as the individual will be the first point of contact for existing and prospective clients calling into the business as well as attracting new business.
You will need to be professional and confident with the ability to talk comfortably with clients.
You will work closely with external sales staff to develop new business and service existing clients to an exceptional level.
Internally you will work as part of a close knit team acting as a key liaison point between sales, procurement and warehousing.
This office-based position reports to the General Manager / Sales Director.
Sales Support Specialist Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries
* Develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
* Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient customer service
* Participate in quote creation and follow-up to maximize success rates
* Contribute to marketing campaigns and attend trade shows as needed
* Monitor and help reduce dead and slow-moving stock
Sales Support Specialist Qualifications and Skills:
* Sales experience, preferably in engineered products industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Customer-focused with a friendly, can-do attitude
* Ability to drive results and collaborate effectively
* Clean driving license
Sales Administration Specialist Role Summary:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations, acting as a key liaison between various teams and valued customers.

* Create and manage quotes, following up to ensure high success rates
* Execute marketing campaign activities as required
* Monitor and address dead and slow-moving stock issues
* Participate in team activities and provide feedback on KPIs and achievements
Sales Administration Specialist Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a sales team environment
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and drive results
* Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
* Clean driving licence
