Overview:
The Client Junior Partner is responsible for supporting their team in planning and development for a client or group of clients, and contributing proactively to their knowledge and skill development. They will support all administrative tasks and data collection where required.
Junior Partner:
A Junior Partner is an entry-level position and will work under the support of the Partners and Associate Partner. They will be motivated to learn and develop in their function. A Junior Partner will mainly support the department and other client-facing roles and focus on the day-to-day administrative tasks.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide proactive support to Associate Partners. Show desire to learn and embrace a new career.
* Learn your trade. Dedicate time to absorbing training, industry content, listen to experts and engage with our wider agency.
* Support your team with administrative tasks; Billing, ClickUp, WIPs, Roadmap accuracy, Meeting Organisation, Client Engagement.
* Support on client communication, report commentary, meeting preparation, minute taking and client meetings.
* Daily performance checks of campaigns. Ensure activity is live and running at the budget it should be.
* Supports the creation and data collection of monthly client reviews.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* 0-2+ years of experience.
* A positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
* Be able to coordinate and prioritise a number of tasks at the same time.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Infectious enthusiasm to learn about our agency and wider industry.
KPIs:
* Response Times 8 per week.
* Min. 4 days per month in office to learn.
* IPA Effectiveness Exams Complete.
