They are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in on both the customer facing and strategic supplier facing sides of the business.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with operational teams and senior management, providing financial insights to drive performance across their complex sales and margin. You'll play a key role in influencing decisions and ensuring the business achieves its strategic and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with sales and operational teams to analyse performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
* Develop and maintain robust margin analysis to ensure profitability across product lines and customer segments.
* Provide financial modelling and forecasting to inform pricing strategies and sales initiatives.
* Prepare and present monthly management accounts, highlighting key financial performance metrics.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Identify and drive opportunities for cost savings and margin improvement.
* Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Support the implementation of financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the wholesale, retail, or FMCG sectors.
* Strong expertise in sales and margin analysis, with a track record of driving profitability.
* Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to driving business improvements.
