Working as part of our marketing team, the Social & Influencer Lead will report directly into the marketing director whilst partnering with our brand & digital marketing managers to develop and execute a robust social media and marketing strategy. This role will combine expertise in social media management, influencer marketing, creative leadership and content production to ensure our brand engages, inspires and converts effectively.
What this role involves:
* Develop high-impact social campaigns, managing influencer collaborations, overseeing community engagement, and designing marketing collateral, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints.
* Utilise consumer insights and continual testing to contribute towards organic lead generation through compelling and engaging content that supports improved customer acquisition cost (CAC).
* Partner and build credibility with the Culligan Harvey Marketing, Sales and Product teams. These are high- performing teams and very open and collaborative, building the right relationships early will be critical.
* Quickly build rapport, credibility and trust within the marketing department. Leverage the COE Social, Influencer and Digital teams for insights, best in class practices and share outs.
* Act as the functional expert in delivering superior customer and consumer experiences on and off branded social media channels.
* Manage and optimize content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to enhance brand loyalty.
* Use data-driven insights to track, monitor, and improve social media and influencer performance.
* Provide leadership in cross-functional marketing projects and ensure collaboration with regional/global teams.
* Design online and offline brand collateral, including brochures, flyers, POS materials, event branding, and presentations.
* Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring all creative aligns with business objectives.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, and content production for consumer brands.
* Experienced managing social media platforms and tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
* Skilled in identifying, managing and developing impactful influencer campaigns.
* Creating great content that shares consumer experiences and reflects the brand character through user generated content
* Creative Mind – hands on experience with tools like Canva to create stunning visuals.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
* Experienced in managing agencies, videographers and photographers to develop content shoots.
* Excellent storytelling skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
* Dynamic and Adaptable – Thrives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities

* Analytical experienced in tracking performance, testing creatives and messaging to continually optimize and improve campaigns and report on results
