Wood Process & Energy is recruiting for a Construction Superintendent to join our team on a permanent staff basis. This exciting role is based at a client site in Ware, Hertfordshire. If you have a strong background in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG, you're exactly who we're looking for. Minimum Qualifications:
* Suitable academic qualifications (ONC/HNC) in a relevant Engineering discipline or appropriate level of field construction experience, or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.
* Vocational Qualification such as NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management an advantage.
* SSSTS/SMSTS.
* CSCS.
* CCNSG.
Desirable Experience & Skills:
* Good knowledge of GMP within a Pharmaceutical Environment.
* Demonstrable experience in the management of multi-disciplined projects in the pharmaceutical, batch chemical production or other relevant industries is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong effective delegation skills.
* Exposure and familiarity with working within a technical environment.

* Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Computer literate and proficient at intermediate level of MS Office.
