Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for driving seamless IT change? We’re looking for a Change Analyst to support our Change Manager and play a key role in ensuring technology changes happen smoothly, with minimal disruption and maximum clarity.
About the Role
As a Change Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our Change Management process — reviewing requests, coordinating stakeholders, facilitating communication, and ensuring changes are effectively implemented across the business. You'll help maintain the quality and integrity of our IT services while enabling innovation and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supporting the Change Manager in overseeing the Change Management lifecycle
2. Reviewing and validating Change Requests for accuracy and compliance
3. Scheduling and coordinating CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings
4. Keeping the Change Management database accurate and up to date
5. Ensuring clear, timely communication across technical and business teams
6. Monitoring change progress and capturing learnings through post-implementation reviews (PIRs)
7. Guiding teams on Change Management policies, processes, and best practices
8. Facilitating emergency change reviews and approvals
9. Producing reports and identifying trends or risks in change activity
10. Collaborating with Configuration Management and other ITIL-aligned teams to maintain process
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
11. Experience working in a Change Management or Change Analyst role within an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment
12. Hands-on experience coordinating IT changes — including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communications
13. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices
14. Experience using Change Management tools such as ServiceNow
15. Prior involvement in supporting or managing CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings
16. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple change requests simultaneously
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
18. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with change policies
19. Analytical mindset to assess risks, understand impacts, and support effective decision-making
20. Ability to perform well under pressure, particularly during emergency or high-priority changes
21. Proficiency in ITSM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
22. A proactive, adaptable approach to improving processes and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
