To work as part of the Learning and Enablement function within the Professional Services department to identify, design, deliver and evaluate training initiatives to support product learning and enablement. This role focuses on primarily People First but will include other training needs for new starters and existing staff as required. There is a specific emphasis on developing content that captures the product, concepts, scenarios, methodology and skills required for delivering our products to our customers. The primary delivery method will be through creating learning content, using multimedia, LMS and eLearning authoring tools, to deliver well-formed, creative, and consistent training to target audiences. This role works seamlessly with Professional Services to support the department’s direction. Duties and responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging and thorough training materials using a range of tools with a strong focus on digital training methods using the LMS. Work with subject matter experts to build content on our existing and future products. Work closely with other business areas, such as Product Design, to understand future product roadmaps and release content, ensuring training plans can be formed, and training can be rolled out, in a timely manner. Create multimedia content to enable delivery to our teams, including videos, presentations, guides and formal eLearning outputs. Possess the initiative to research content externally to support content production. Upload and manage content on the LMS to ensure a positive user experience. Work closely with the department to identify key training requirements in-line with induction plans, consultant upskilling requirements (individual and collective), change programme initiatives, customer feedback, and department goals. Manage time effectively to work across multiple projects to tight deadlines. Possess an eye for detail to proofread and check content accurately to support content consistency and quality control requirements. Analyse and evaluate output on a regular basis to identify areas of improvement. Ensure training documentation and key messages support the business and departmental processes and procedures. To promote a positive image of MHR at all times. Required Experience: Good understanding of HR and/ or Payroll processes, or similar industry. Experience in creating well designed, creative and clear resources such as PowerPoints, videos and/ or training material. Excellent level of professional written English.
