Responsible for: The post holder will be responsible for the operational coordination and administration of all qualifications. The role will relate to pre-enrolment verification and processing, student status tracking and student progression. The post holder will also undertake the creation of courses in the CRM and maintaining the CRM accuracy relating to qualifications. The successful candidate will have responsibility of all student communications, ensuring they are accurate and professional. Liaison with other members of the Education Services team is key to ensure all deadlines are met and tasks are executed to a high and professional standard. The role forms part of the whole Education Services structure and during busy periods it is expected that support is provided to the overall priority tasks. Job context: IPP Education offer a range of educational services including qualifications up to level 7. The post holder is responsible for ensuring the effective administration of our programmes and support to our learners and tutors. Promoting excellent customer service to IPP Education customers and business departments. Major responsibilities: Provide assistance to all IPP Education learners, employers and tutors Coordinate a variety of conflicting timetables Conduct pre enrolment verification checks including prior experience, qualification evidence and funding Liaise with academic partners regarding student funding Ensure the CRM is accurately prepared for enrolment bookings to be processed Co-ordinate delivery of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) RPL assessment organisation, including the processing of logins and results Processing and tracking student withdrawals and deferrals Invigilation of proctored exams Tracking student registration and progression Maintain all ISO 9001 processes for the education services team Maintain effective and professional stakeholder relationships Support the Education Services Project Executive to achieve the overall departmental strategy Monitor conflicting priorities to proactively ensure delivery of these responsibilities.
