Key responsibilities
1. Lead by example to build an inclusive culture for colleagues and customers.
2. Coach and train the team to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options.
3. Support personal growth and development through effective people management.
4. Oversee recruitment and induction of installers to ensure high service levels.
Required skills & experience
1. Natural leader with the ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong commercial acumen and customer service experience.
3. Ability to promote products, services, and installation options.
4. Willingness to learn new technology and champion new ways of working.
5. Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
