ESMOS is recruiting for a Senior Account Manager for a UK-based client in the experiential and brand activations sector. This strategic, client-focused role is key to managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing project execution with both technical and commercial expertise.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as primary contact for senior clients, building trust and aligning with their objectives.
* Develop revenue plans, implement upselling and cross-selling strategies.
* Manage account P&L to meet profitability targets.
* Optimize workflows for efficient project delivery.
* Support delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and fulfil the client’s brief.
Requirements:
* Strong background in account management, ideally gained in an experiential/brand activation agency.
* Strong communication skills for managing senior stakeholders.
* Proficient in P&L management, budgeting, and revenue planning.
* Eagerness to learn and adopt new tech, media, and PR approaches.
* A creative thinker with enthusiasm, originality and resilience.
Salary range: £40,000-£50,000 (dependent on experience)
