The Directorate of Registry & Student Administration is ensuring that the University of Bradford has a sector leading student administration through student centred development and innovation of service from enrolment to graduation.
What you will be doing:
* We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive Executive Education Administration Coordinator to join our team, who collectively provides a high-quality administrative support service, to students, staff and external stakeholders.
* To co-ordinate administrative processes for a designated portfolio of executive education courses, including distance learning, apprenticeship programmes and short courses, from first point of contact to enrolment through to graduation.
* To undertake line management responsibilities for the Executive Education Administrators within the team.
Qualifications/Experience:
* A Level or HND qualification or equivalent qualification or experience
* Experience of effective working in a varied administrative role with the ability to prioritise and coordinate own workload to set deadlines
* Experience of supervising or coordinating staff
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a range of stakeholders
* Experience of using a variety of IT packages to a high standard
