Mould this new function to transform our customers' experience, getting satisfaction and recognition from taking new retail products from inception to a technically robust and ready state that our customers can enjoy.
Note: this is a hybrid role, so you will need to be able to comfortably commute to our Abingdon Head Office.
Put yourself in the shoes of the customer, be the person who champions the customer experience within our product set to deliver Fibre Broadband products that help us connect left behind rural communities and reduce the digital divide.
Help drive and develop our existing product set to deliver great value to our customers and our business. To do this, sector expertise is essential.
We need the technical FTTP / FTTH / Fibre Broadband knowledge, someone who brings an understanding of the development of hardware, software, the networking, and system intricacies that are key to the makeup of successful Fibre Broadband products.
You will have an engineering background, an inquisitive mindset who can identify a problem or business opportunity and solve it through working closely with business stakeholders such as marketing, propositions, sales, customer, operations, technology, etc.
Delivery is key, so you will be able to evidence the technical implementation of similar products end to end, bringing a structured approach and knowledge of product management and the artifacts required, including roadmaps, prototyping and research techniques.
If you have a track record of developing new products in this sector and would like the autonomy to really make a difference for these rural communities, with the support and backing of the UK’s leading rural fibre broadband provider, then we would love to have a chat.
About Us: Gigaclear is a leading alternative operator of rural full fibre broadband networks in the UK. Offering customers a truly world class product, we are developing our fibre-to-the-premises broadband (FTTP / FTTH) infrastructure to some of the most difficult to reach areas of the UK, empowering those communities with broadband to rival any city.
