We're looking for a Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our communications strategy, supporting our ambition to become the world’s leading food company. You will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring our messaging is consistent across all platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role requires strong leadership and communication skills to successfully develop and implement strategies that reflect and amplify Sofina’s vision and values. Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with Sofina’s vision and goals. Identify target audiences and create impactful, engaging messaging. Collaborate with PR agencies to manage media relations and external communications. Draft press releases, organize media events, and handle inquiries. Ensure consistent internal communication across Sofina Europe. Support employer branding and internal HR initiatives through effective communications. Manage and grow Sofina’s social media presence. Maintain brand integrity through clear, consistent messaging across all channels. Proven experience in communications or public relations, with a focus on strategy. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience working at senior leadership levels. Crisis communication experience is an advantage. Familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms. Strong project management and organizational abilities.
