4. Processing Orders and Payments: Taking orders, processing payments, and updating customer accounts.
5. Providing Product Information: Assisting customers with product inquiries, features, and benefits.
6. Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Guiding customers through troubleshooting steps or referring them to technical support.
