Role : Curriculum Leader - Art and Design
Job Type : Permanent
Pay rate : £41, per annum
Hours : Full time
Location : Newcastle College
Key responsibilities :
1. As Curriculum Leader, you will lead and manage a team of lecturers and specialist technicians, oversee large resources and support staff, and manage a comprehensive suite of courses across multiple disciplines.
2. You will ensure the continued excellence of our curriculum delivery across Further, Higher, and Adult Education.
3. You will drive and maintain high standards of teaching and learning, foster a collaborative and innovative environment, and monitor and enhance curriculum quality and effectiveness.
4. You will engage with industry professionals and stakeholders to enrich the curriculum and support the professional development of staff members.
Skills & experience
5. Experienced leader with strong leadership and management skills, a background in curriculum development and team management, and a passion for music and performing arts education.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills
