We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Sales Consultant to join the Residential Sales department of a growing Estate agency, based in their South Birmingham offices.
Joining this busy and highly professional business as a Property Sales Consultant, you will be tasked with maintaining and managing a pipeline of residential properties, looking after your own dedicated portfolio and acting as a key member of the Sales team. Building strong working relationships, you will handle all initial enquiries and leads into the office, logging and tracking all information before working to market new listings, ensuring they are promptly valued and advertised. As an ambassador for the company, you will have a confident approach when speaking with clients and key internal and external stakeholders, always working to build on the excellent reputation the business has for providing the best customer service.
With a creative approach to developing new business, you will utilise various marketing channels to ensure that all properties in the portfolio are shown to their best advantage, supporting the wider team to arrange and conduct viewings around the Birmingham area. You will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process and be confident negotiating sales contracts, always keeping an eye on the overall sales pipeline. Using your excellent administrative skills, you will update all internal databases regularly, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date at all times.
With a continuous stream of new properties to manage, you will be target driven, keen to excel, with bags of enthusiasm and initiative. As a key member of the Residential Sales department, you will take part in regular internal meetings, updating on the progress of your properties and be able to build strong working relationships with colleagues across the business.
To succeed in this new Property Sales Consultant role, previous experience of working within an estate agent or the wider property sector will be crucial. You will be confident speaking with clients in a professional manner and have strong communication skills to develop long-term relationships with external stakeholders as well as all internal team members. Naturally, you will have excellent IT skills, a professional telephone manner and be able to multi-task whilst working across numerous projects.
