The Role
As a Reward Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs for our organisation. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our reward packages are competitive, aligned with our business goals, and compliant with relevant regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
What Will You Do
* Compensation Analysis: Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to assess the competitiveness of our compensation packages. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and internal data.
* Job Evaluation: Maintain the organisation's job classification and grading system. Ensure internal equity and consistency in job levels and pay structures.
* Data Analysis: Analyse compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
* Policy Development: Collaborate with P&C and legal teams to develop and update compensation policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Annual Compensation Review: Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity grants.
* Compliance: Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compensation and benefits programs remain compliant.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with P&C, finance, and senior leadership to align compensation and benefits strategies with overall business objectives.
You Will Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
* Experience in compensation and benefits analysis and administration.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, HRIS, and compensation software.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
