Senior Recruitment Consultant - Full or Part-time

Due to successfully hitting recent growth targets, we are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a strong delivery record to join our team. This is a unique opportunity where you’ll manage a warm desk, focus on high-value client accounts, and deliver quality over quantity. We are open to full-time or part-time applicants.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement
* Build and strengthen client relationships at senior level (CEOs, CSOs)
* Source, screen and manage high-quality candidates across mapped markets
* Daily use of LinkedIn and FireFish CRM
* Lead speculative BD using top-tier candidates to open new doors
* Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding to ensure a smooth journey
* Post and market roles effectively across platforms including LinkedIn and Optimum
* Prepare for and attend exhibitions; follow up with clients and leads
Minimum Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in agency recruitment (360 or delivery)
* Professional Services, FinTech, Insurtech or related-sector knowledge
* Excellent sourcing and LinkedIn search skills
* Confident communicator with smart presentation and gravitas at senior levels
* Based within 45 minutes of RG26 (hybrid potential after probation)
* Assertive and strategic with strong commercial awareness

* 1 hour/week of personal coaching & training

* £30,000-£35,000 base with regular reviews
* 5-10% commission on placements (regular 6 figure placement potential)
* 22 days holiday + bank holidays (+1 per year of service to 28 days pa) pension scheme
