What We're Looking For:
Experience in Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) - Essential for this role. A passion for enabling independence - Helping individuals live life on their own terms. Enthusiasm and a desire to make a real difference - Positivity and energy go a long way! Strong initiative & teamwork skills - Be proactive, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
What You'll Be Doing:
Working as part of a passionate team to provide outstanding support. Implementing Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) and personal plans, ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) and PBS Lead. Collaborating closely with family members and professionals to create a strong support network. Encouraging community involvement, helping individuals engage in local activities. Building essential life skills, including cooking, household tasks, managing finances, and medication administration. Providing support in the community - from shopping and appointments to education and leisure activities. Assisting with personal care as outlined in individual care plans. Contributing to risk assessments and support plans, ensuring a safe and empowering environment.

Wakeful nights rate £12.29 + 20%
