Newstaff Recruitment Agency is currently recruiting for an Admin Office Manager on behalf of our client located in Luton.
Admin Office Manager in Luton
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: Up to £30, per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle day-to-day administration, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
2. Meet and greet guests attending the office.
3. Assist with various projects as needed.
4. Manage facilities, including maintenance issues, health and safety, and office security.
5. Assist in the recruitment process.
6. Oversee office IT, including phone systems.
7. General reporting and record keeping.
Essential Skills:
8. Proven experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
10. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
11. Team player with strong administrative skills and experience.
12. People management experience is preferred but not essential.
