Manufacturing Office Manager Position - $70K (Direct Hire)
This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one.
Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer requests such as quotes, checking inventory, printing drawings, and sending quotes to customers.
* Working with customer sales order entry in JobBOSS, creating PO reviews, confirming the PO with the customer.
* Printing travelers, required documents, and PO’s.
* Working with reports such as late reports, assisting customers with updated information.
* Purchasing office supplies.
* Ordering materials from specified vendors for customer projects.
* Updating vendors' purchase orders with correct pricing.
* Maintaining the management system for required quality standards ISO 9001.
* Scanning information such as travelers, discrepancy sheets, and inspection reports.
* Creating files for each customer project.
* Filing information including copies of paid invoices for final submission.
Qualifications:
* Previous office management experience.
* Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Hours:
Monday through Friday – First Shift.
Salary:
The salary is up to $70K based on experience.
