Our client, a rapidly growing business within the healthcare sector, is seeking an HR Operations Manager to join their team based in Leicester, managing a team of 3. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home and the salary is up to £40,000.
Requirements:
1. Solid HR Operations experience (4+ years’)
2. CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
3. Experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment is preferred
4. Strong stakeholder management skills
5. Ability to work autonomously, influence at senior levels, and communicate effectively
6. High attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
1. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance and support on HR matters.
2. Provide performance management support, ensuring timely performance reviews and addressing training and development needs.
3. Assist with promotion processes and salary reviews.
4. Handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance issues.
5. Provide advice on HR policies and procedures, benefits, and flexible working applications.
6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
