This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to develop their career with the administration roles within Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals.
We are looking for a highly motivated, positive individual to join the Medical Records Management Team to help with the day-to-day support of a large group of band 1 and band 2 staff across 3 sites.
The post is 22.5 hours to be worked over 3 or 4 days.

This role involves supporting and having supervisory responsibility for a team of Band 2 and Band 1 staff (approx. 110 staff) across 3 sites. The medical record libraries securely store approx. 1.7 million sets of patient records across 7 libraries on 3 sites.
To supervise and support a team of clerical staff in the provision of a high-quality Medical Records service. The post-holder will work closely with the Assistant Medical Records Manager in relation to ongoing developments and must be able to communicate effectively with all grades of staff, patients and the public. All aspects of the work must be carried out in accordance with Trust policies and procedures in respect of maintaining patient confidentiality.
The Medical Records Departments provide a comprehensive clerical support service to the Trust. There will be occasions where the post holder will be subjected to difficult situations and sensitive information.
