Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Previous invigilation experience, including invigilation of individual rooms and access arrangements.
2. Conversant with JCQ and exam board regulations.
3. Experience of working within a busy team environment.
4. IT literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
5. Exceptional communication skills.
6. Organised and calm under pressure.
7. Professionalism and attention to detail are paramount.
Working Hours
This is an annualised contract to reflect the flexible working required for this role. 767 hours to be worked across 39 school weeks, ensuring that all exam periods are covered, with additional ad hoc exams and planning work required outside of the fixed exam periods.
1. September/October - 11+ testing
2. December/January/February - mock exams
3. April/May/June - mock exams and public exams

Boys 11-18, on roll approx. 1012 students of which 400 in the sixth form, 30 boarders.
