What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing commercial relationships with our strategic accounts while actively participating in the daily operations and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a strong business acumen, and the ability to drive success both strategically and operationally.

Requirements
Account Management:
1. Develop and maintain robust relationships with strategic accounts, building connections from C-suite to operational levels.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and increase usage.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
4. Understand clients' business goals and develop strategic plans to support their success.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive business outcomes.
6. Help shape the product offering based on customers’ needs and strategic plans.
Operational Involvement:
7. Be hands-on in the daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
8. Lead the onboarding process for new strategic accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
9. Address operational challenges promptly to maintain high service standards.
Collaboration:
10. Work closely with sales, customer success, product, and support teams to ensure client success.
11. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
12. Participate in internal meetings to provide client insights and feedback.
We would love you to have:
13. Proven experience in account management within a strategic role
14. Strong understanding of business operations and hands-on experience in managing daily operations.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
18. Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools.
19. A track record of overachieving target as an individual contributor
20. Entrepreneurial and motivated spirit with a hunger for new challenges
21. Good understanding of Open Banking and API technologies, trends and concepts
22. A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities

Interview Process
The application process consists of a 30 minute phone interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners, followed by video interviews with the hiring manager and various team members. There will also be a Strengths & Values conversation which will give you an opportunity to learn more about our culture and for us to understand how you like to work. You might also meet with a member of the management team and or have a short technical test depending on the role you are applying for. All interviews are held via Google Meet currently.
