Tripod Partners are currently looking for an experienced Contact Centre Coordinator for a 3 month temporary role.
Within this role you will expertly handle all contact with our customers via a number of channels – including calls, emails, live chat, and social media. The successful candidate will be involved in the end-to-end customer journey, from initial contact and booking, to discharging the client after completing their treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting KPIs and performance targets.
* Manage customer journeys, from booking to post-treatment discharge.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries and following up on referrals.
* Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring data protection and confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a fast-paced, administrative environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an empathetic and professional approach.
* Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Word, Excel) and familiarity with in-house systems.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
