Position: Examinations Invigilator, Level One
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Type: Casual
Hours: Working hours would be agreed ahead of examination periods, which fall during term time
Pay: Grade 2, SCP 3 – Full time equivalent salary £22,737 per annum: £11.79 per hour
Location: Westwood College; however, you may on occasions be required to cover duties at other schools across the Trust

We are recruiting for a number of well-organised, efficient individuals with good communication skills to join our Team of Exam Invigilators, on a casual basis, to supervise students taking examinations.
You will help us to ensure that our students have a consistent experience throughout their examinations at Westwood College and that we comply with the necessary procedures and regulations. Examinations take place throughout the school year. Duties will include:
* Invigilating examinations following regulations and processes
* Supervising students entering the room and during the examinations
* Recording student attendance and absence by completing registers
* Carrying out identity checks as required
* Issuing and retrieving examination papers
* Responding to student queries or reporting these to their Line Manager
The successful candidate should:
* Be accurate and reliable
* Be a good team player
* Have a flexible approach to accommodate the examination timetable
* Have good literacy and numeracy skills and a good general education
