What You’ll Do: Provide outstanding support to customers through phone, email, and chat. Tackle challenges head-on by resolving inquiries and issues with a proactive approach from our customers Liaise with our 3rd party suppliers with regards to service failures Keep accurate records of interactions and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Sales through service promoting other products to our current customers base Stay updated on our products and services to offer informed assistance. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour. A problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding solutions. Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
