Are you someone who appreciates the importance of a smile?
Here at AQA we know that a Receptionist can make the difference to a visitor's day, and greeting them with a smile is the first step!
We strive to provide a welcoming, positive and engaging first impression to our AQA offices; and by being part of our Reception team over the busy exam period you will play a part in this through interactions with our colleagues, contractors and visitors.
Beyond greeting people as they arrive, our Reception Team are responsible for tasks including visitor and contractor management, access and security control to our buildings, meeting room bookings and administrative housekeeping.
Over the exam period you'll find yourself in a fast-paced environment, so it's important you have the ability to prioritise and work flexibly at pace, whether on your own or alongside our other Receptionists.
Ideally you'll have previous reception/front of house experience, along with good admin and computer skills; however, training and support will be available to cover AQA specific processes.
Our Manchester Offices truly are the centre of our operations and the beginning of everyone's journey here is with our integral Receptionist Team.
