The primary purpose of the Meeting of Creditors (MOC) Administrator role is to provide essential administrative support to the pre-appointment department, ensuring the efficient co-ordination and tracking of key tasks. This includes timely follow-up on proposals, managing bank changes, and maintaining accurate records of creditor balances. The MOC Administrator is responsible for convening MOCs ensuring they are conducted effectively and in line with regulatory requirements. Chasing proposals and customers who are required to change their bank account to progress their case to the next stage. Convening MOC’s – Once the proposal has been signed, convening the meeting is required on our system, updating the customer of this time and date and assigning this to a chairperson. Updating balances received on the POD dashboard or delegating this to the correct and relevant department. Dealing with various inbox email queries and ensuring these are effectively dealt with. Answering calls received into the team as an overflow advisor. Improve and build relationships with creditors and representatives to improve processes and future proof our business. Identify patterns and areas for improvement across the transition process, driving strategic changes. What skills and experience do we need you to have? A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the insolvency or debt management industry, with a strong focus on the IVA administrator process. Familiar knowledge of the Meeting of Creditors (MOC) process. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
