Your Role with us: The role of the the Customer Service Advisor is primarily a Call Handling role where you will be expected to answer telephones calls at speed during the course of the day. You will assist with customer queries and use our in-house system to schedule property viewings. You will also be assisting with admin duties to assist the Lettings Team. Experience of working in a fast-paced office/customer service environment. Interpersonal skills as you are engaging with prospective and current tenants Ability to inform customers of solutions on offer in an empathetic way Excellent telephone skills and a friendly attitude Good administrative skills Ideally worked in a call centre in a telephone based Customer Service position.
